Any and all references to “We”, “Us” and “Our” shall be a reference to the Company. Any and all references to “You” and “Your” shall be deemed to be a reference to the person placing an order via the www.aiveeninteriors.co.uk website “an Order(s)”.
When You place an Order with Us it will be deemed that You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are unclear or unhappy with any part of these Terms and Conditions, You should contact Us by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Our Registered Office before placing an Order with Us.
By placing an Order through Our Website You are making an offer to Us to purchase the products as described and on Our terms and conditions as stated. When you place an Order with Us we will require your contact information to process and accept Your Order. A contact number will be required to enable Us to contact You if there is an issue with Your Order. We may, unless You inform Us otherwise, provide Your contact number with Our couriers in case they need to contact You to arrange delivery of Your Order.
After placing an Order, We will provide You with an email confirmation that Your Order has been received but this is not confirmation that Your Order to purchase the products on Our Website have been accepted. A contract for the sale of the products will only exist once We have accepted, processed and dispatched Your Order.
Please note, that We shall not be liable to meet any obligations as a result of any of the following:
- If the products You Order are out of stock;
- We are unable to authorise Your payment;
- If You do not reach Our Order criteria as outlined in these Terms and Conditions;
- If there is a product description or pricing error;
- If Our couriers are temporarily unable to deliver Your Order due to exceptional circumstances which are out of Our control including but shall not be limited to hazardous weather and accidents.
If there is an issue with Your Order, We shall contact You as soon as practical. Please ensure that You check all products on delivery, as faulty or damaged products must be reported within 2 working days of delivery; please note, that working days means a day between Monday to Friday that excludes UK national holidays.
We shall try Our best to meet any approximate delivery dates but these are approximate only and time shall be deemed to be not of the essence.
The Company reserves the right to reject an offer of purchase by You at any point. Please note, that whilst We will take reasonable care and effort to keep Your order details and payment details secure, We cannot be held responsible for any and all loss that You may suffer as a result of a third party procuring unathorised access to any information that You have supplied to Us when accessing and/or ordering from Our Website.
When placing an Order with Us, You shall automatically be added to Our mailing list. However, should You Wish to not receive mailings, please inform Us by email and We will remove You as soon as reasonably practical.
Product Pricing and Descriptions
Every product purchased shall be subject to its product description which is outlined on Our Website and any further specific conditions that relate to that product including, but shall not be limited to theses Terms and Conditions, approximate delivery dates/times, any warranties and after-sales support.
As far as practical we shall take reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices and descriptions of products are accurate at the time when the information was entered onto Our Website. Whilst We endeavor to keep the Website as up-to-date and accurate as is reasonably possible, there may be rare occasions when the information on Our Website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position at the point an Order is placed.
Refunds and Credit Notes
Please note, that You will only be entitled to a refund if the product You have ordered is faulty or damaged and You have notified Us within 2 working days of delivery. Please note, that if a product is not of satisfactory quality and becomes faulty due to no fault of your own (excluding general wear and tear) please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 day’s of delivery and using our reasonable discretion we shall process your refund.
If You have changed Your mind on the product that You have purchased You will be entitled to exchange the product for the monetary value or alternatively a gift receipt shall be available and valid for 6 months from the date of return.
Excluding faulty products We shall not be responsible for return postage and the costs associated with this. Please ensure that You include the returns slip and We would recommend that You obtain a certificate of posting in case the parcel fails to reach Us. Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of Our couriers (please note, that You shall be responsible for the cost for this). Where products are delivered to a third party You will need to be able to return the products You ordered to Us to be able to exercise this right.
We pride ourselves on Our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider cases on a case by case basis, if You have any issues with a product please notify Us as soon as reasonably practical and We make all reasonable effort to try and resolve the situation as quickly and sufficiently as possible.
